Khaolak, Thailand – 18th June 2023 – The final day of the Khaolak Surf Festival 2023, organized by the Thailand Surfing Federation, was graced with perfect weather conditions that improved the wave shapes compared to the previous day. The event brought together a diverse field of surfers showcasing their talents across several categories.
A special mention goes to the local talent that made it to the podium. Pattana Kenkhuntod, Sitipong Chapman, Phatchara Tiangnoi, Lunlana Sinsoke, Proud Panutatsanaporn, Mathiya Ashley Holmberg, Werawat Kuru, and Suwaprapa Khambutdi showcased the promising future of Thai surfing.
Following the award presentation, athletes and audience members participated in a joint beach clean-up, emphasizing the surfing community’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
